🚀 Join the movement for pee-equality!
PEEQUAL is looking for Build & Break Crew Leads to help bring our award-winning women’s (and those who squat to pee) urinals to festivals and events across the UK.
If you’ve ever spent too long in a festival toilet queue, you know why we do what we do. This summer, we’re expanding, and we need practical, proactive leaders to help us make it happen.
As Crew Lead, you’ll manage a team to build, break down, and transport our urinals safely, efficiently, and on time—keeping everything behind the scenes running smoothly so thousands can enjoy better toilet experiences.
🚨 This role is ONLY during build & break days, NOT during live festival days. If you’d like more work, you could also join our Cleaning Crew (which runs during the event days). Let us know in your application if you’re interested in multiple roles!
